"Rajas" or Partly Recommendable Foods According to Ayurveda

According to Ayurveda, foods have a different quality and are thus more or less recommendable. The foods on this list are considered rajas, meaning they are of good quality, but may not be recommendable for Vata and Pitta type people. Max. 30 % of your daily foods should be rajas foods, and fish or meat should only be eaten once or twice a week.
