Eat foods that are high in antioxidants like vitamin C (such as many types of fruit), vitamin E (such as nuts), beta carotene (such as carrots and lettuce), lycopene (such as tomatoes, watermelon, papaya and guava), and selenium (such as Brazil nuts and mushrooms) and focus on alcaline foods (please check my related list).
