Fit for Life is a concept by Harvey und Marilyn Diamond according to which carbs and protein should not be combined in one meal. The foods on this list belong to the protein group and may be combined with most types vegetables, but not with fat or foods that are high in carbs. There is however, no scientific evidence that might prove that carbs and protein or fat and protein should not be mixed.
