Vegan Omega-3 Sources

People keep saying it is hard to get enough Omega-3 fatty acids in a vegan diet. However, it is easier than one might think! Here are just a few suggestions. Of course, there are many other vegan sources for Omega-3 fatty acids; those I have picked are just among the best ones with the highest amount of Omega-3 fatty acids and a positive relation between Omega-3 fatty acids and Omega-6 fatty acids.
