The Bibliophile's Best Books of Each Genre: Children's Literature

This is the fourth in a series of lists I'm publishing providing, in my opinion, the best 40 books (or trilogies/series) of each genre of fiction. The genres include historical fiction, horror, children's literature, science fiction, young adult, thrillers, crime/spy fiction, family sagas, ecofiction, war, dystopian literature, humour/comedic fiction, fantasy, epics, literary fiction, satire, LGBTQ+ literature, adventure/westerns, romance & sex and magical realism.
This third list provides what I believe to be the best children's literature of all time. Not exactly my passion, but I still have my opinions and experiences. I hope you enjoy this list and the others in this series!
