Panic Day - 100 Foods That May Help

The 9th of March is National Panic Day in the USA. If you suffer from panic attacks, it might be interesting for you to know that certain foods can help prevent them. That includes foods that are high in glycin (such as nuts and seeds), omega 3 fatty acids (such as linseed, chia seed, rapeseed or walnut oil), magnesium (such as nuts, seeds, legumes, and oats), gamma-aminobutyric acid (such as asparagus or spinach), and complex carbs (such as oats or legumes). Please also check my list of foods to avoid!
