Foods That Are Not Compatible With a Paleo Diet

People promoting a paleo diet believe that we should only have foods that the hunter-gatherers used to eat. However, while it is indeed better not to eat too much sugar or dairy, there is no real scientific evidence that pulse or cereal products are harmful. Also, the foods we have available now are not the same anymore as they were in the Stone Age. It is thus impossible to reconstruct a palaeolithic diet.
