Morg's 2019 Winners (And I'm Talkin Books)

There were books I read this year that were well done and clearly great works of craft --- but for whatever reason, they didn't spark the lovelight in my eyes. These books, on this list, are the ones that still give off the right vibes when I think of them, even if some are quite uneven, or imperfect, or strange. I would love to see more lists like this from you guys for those books that occupy that strange part of the Venn Diagram: you liked, even though you knew it wasn't good; or, you didn't like even though you knew it *was* good.
Anyway, hope you all have a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
