Happiness Day - Foods From A to Z
The 20th of March is International Day of Happiness! Certain foods can contribute to making you feel happy. That includes foods that are high in tryptophane (such as nuts, seeds, or bananas), carbs, omega 3 fatty acids (such as linseed or walnuts), fiber (such as whole grains, fruit and vegetables), folic acid (such as nuts, pulse, and wheat germ), and flavonoides (in many fruits). Also, caffeine (coffee, cocoa), curcumin (turmeric), and fermented foods (such as sauerkraut or kimchi), may help.
