Happiness Day - Top 10 Spices, Herbs and Condiments

The 20th of March is International Day of Happiness! Certain foods can contribute to making you feel happy. That includes foods that are high in tryptophane (such as cocoa), fiber (such as cocoa, chili, and parsley), and folic acid (such as parsley and cress). Also, spicy hot food (such as pepper, ginger, and chili), caffeine (in cocoa) and curcumin (turmeric) may help. In addition, vanilla has proven to brighten the mood, even though scientists are not yet sure about the reasons.
