One of the rarest of all baseball feats is the 4-home-run game. It has only been accomplished eighteen times in MLB history, most recently on September 4th, 2017 by J. D. Martinez of the Arizona Diamondbacks.
As interesting as some of the names on this list are names that are NOT on the list! No Babe Ruth, Hank Aaron, Ted Williams, Mickey Mantle, or Joe DiMaggio!
