Eat lots of fruit and vegetables, foods that are high in fiber or contain bitter principles (such as endive or dandelion), and healthy plant-based omega 3 fatty acids. Also, drink a lot! And take care of eating foods that are vitamin C and magnesium (please check my corresponding lists).
