D-Rated Foods According to Kollath

Kollath is considered a pioneer of whole foods. According to him, foods should be eaten in their most natural state. Based on this principle, he introduced six categories of foods, from a to f, with a being the most natural and f the least (and thus, according to him, least recommendable). The categories a-c are considered "living food", while d-f are considered low quality food. Some of his theses may easily be considered wrong from a modern point of view, and the consumption of raw animal products bears great risks; however, the general idea of quality loss by hyper-processing of food cannot be denied. The foods on this list are d-rated by Kollath (heat-processed foods), meaning they are considered not very healthy. How many do you eat regularly?
