Classics Revisited: Books Inspired by Favourites (Part B)

Frankenstein's monster, Robby the Robot, Romeo & Juliet, Huck Finn and Dracula; what more could you wish for?This challenge consists of classic books, "which are each followed by sequels or a retold version of those classics, written by someone other than the original author. There are also some unfinished manuscripts by classic authors, later completed by another writer."As far as possible, I have given the original classic work an icon with a "Penguin Classics" or "Oxford World's Classics" cover (the classics at Icons 1, 12, 61, 83 and 85 have a different cover style).
