Some surprising and unusual choices here - not sure I'm going to get to the volumes of ancient Greek mathematics in this life, but you might be built different.
More Classics Revisited was put together after Rexroth's death using short essays that matched the spirit of the original book. Some of the essays discuss their subject author in general terms, rather than focusing on specific works. In these instances I have selected representative works, eg. Frederick Douglass's autobiographies, Aquinas's Summa Theologica, etc.
