Books That Should Be Required Reading (Or Summer Reading Options) for High School Students

Some of these books you may agree with and some may surprise you. I have not read all of these but from what I know about them I think they should qualify. Just so you know: the Asperger's guide can also be used by those who do not have it for educational purposes, the Satanic Bible can be used to correct the many misconceptions about the belief system, don't judge White Like Me by its name - it isn't what you think.
