So I've published lists for the best movies I've seen from the five countries for which I've seen the most films: France, Germany, Hong Kong, Italy, Japan. Now it's time to pick the 10 best from the rest of the world--the final list comprising films from China, Czechoslovakia, Mexico, Mongolia, Romania, Russia (2), Sweden (2), and Vietnam.
