Winners of the Boston Society of Film Critics Award for Best Film

This is a simple list that covers every film to win the "Best Film" award from the Boston Society of Film Critics ever since that organization was founded. "The Night of the Shooting Stars" won the 1983 award, but is listed as a 1982 release by List Challenges. "The Hurt Locker" won the 2009 award, but is listed as a 2008 release by List Challenges. The other two 2008 films listed tied for the "Best Film" award that year. So far, that has been the only tie for this award from this organization.
