Making your own vegan patties is quite easy! You only need:
1. the sticky base
2. the solid base
3. the condiments, and
4. if you want, the extras.
Mash the sticky base, add the condiments and extras, and then add as much of the solid base to be able to shape patties and fry them in the pan or bake them in the oven. Please note: The more extras you add and the bigger the pieces are, the less stable your patties will turn out. Otherwise they will most likely be pretty stable due to the sticky base (which should not be too watery!). You may of course also combine different sticky bases or different solid bases. Some favourites of mine: lentils with finely-ground sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, bread crumbs, some soy cream, and meat loaf seasoning; champignons with finely-gorund sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and cashew nuts and penny mushroom gravy; mashed potato and pumpkin with finely ground pumpkin seeds, cashew nuts, paprika and marjoram or with curry powder.
