The Ultimate Sci-Fi Film List: Android/Cyborg/Robot (Part 1) - Page 4

This is part of an ongoing Sci-Fi film series collection. Starting with one of my favourite genres Android/Cyborg/Robot. These films feature one of these categories as a core or memorable element. There are some crossovers with other Sci-Fi sub genres (notably Artificial Intelligence and Aliens). What qualifies the films (which contain A.I/Alien) for this particular genre is that they take a physical form with such intelligence (Bicentennial Man/Sentinel-Matrix) or to form an attack/protection (Daleks/War of the Worlds).
