Reading Random Things

I've been around a while and I have eclectic tastes and interests, so I've read a lot in a lot of different subjects and genres. In this list you'll find science fiction and fantasy, techno thrillers, and mysteries, as well as history, science and political science (and one book of poetry). The books were chosen as representative from the various categories (and, since this is my first list, being easy to find and include). The other thing they have in common is that I thought they were all worth reading.
