100 (Extremely) Random Recommendations of Books Well-Worth Reading

An eclectic ( to say the least) hodgepodge of 100 works of fiction, non- fiction,biography, drama, and travel. The only link between them is that they are surprising, challenging, and enjoyable to read. I have tried to mix in well-known works with works that deserve a wider audience while at the same time avoiding books that appear on most lists.
