After petering out in the 1990s, Moon Knight managed to make a comeback in the 2000s with an all new ongoing title... before petering out again with a poorly received follow-up by Brian Bendis. However, come the mid-2010's, writers like Warren Ellis and Jed Mackay managed to help redefine the character, with a renewed emphasis on his mental health and facing off against supernatural foes.
