For Our 50th Entry- Films That Take Place in Each State (Plus DC and Puerto Rico)

Yes, folks, we have reached our 50th entry and we celebrate with not one but two films for each state plus Washington, DC, and Puerto Rico as well two entries for Turkey, my late father's country, since we are a nation of immigrants. Some personal favorite films of mine like "Matewan" filmed very close to us here in War, West Virginia (okay, so I don't actually live in War, WVa, but it's the real name of a town, just google or bing it!) were excluded simply because I realize most people haven't seen art films from the mid-1980s, but it is an awesome movie from the great John Sayles. The trickiest thing about this entry is that some films take place in one state but were filmed in another. In fact, "October Sky," which is one of our WVa movies, was actually filmed in Chattanooga, Tenn., but we tried our best to get it right. As always enjoy!!!!!! Note: Mississippi and Arizona are at the end of the list, simply because we goofed. Oh well.....
