Europe's High Points

This is a list of Europe's highest points in each country, based on the excellent book of the same name, published by Cicerone. The only change I have made is I have added Faroe Islands and Gibraltar.
It does not include the country's on the borders of Europe and Asia as their highest points are in Asia and it is not clear what the high points are on the European side. The high point of Turkey in Europe is known and is included here rather than the highest point in Turkey (Mount Ararat) as this is on the Asia continent. Similarly the highest points for Spain, Portugal & Denmark are on the mainland rather than in territories on islands not within geographic Europe (Azores, Canary Islands & Greenland).
