Essential Eat List: North America - Page 3

Hope you enjoy trying these North American foods - from a variety of sources and some personal suggestions as Canada is my home country. Some of these foods originated here in North America - many were brought from Europe with the first settlers. Although many of these foods are eaten in more than one country throughout North America, the country attached to each food item is the country either where it originated, or where it is very popular. North America is a melting pot of food from so many cultures. North America includes Canada, United States of America, Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean. Note: although Hawaii is technically USA, you will find it on the Oceania list instead due to is geographical location and Polynesia influences.
