Confessions of an Aging Book Nerd: Fantastic Fiction Favorites - Page 5

Fantastic Fiction: Myth, Fairy Tale, High Fantasy, Dark Fantasy (AKA Horror), Science Fiction. I've loved this stuff since the 4th grade, when the school librarian pointed me toward The Mushroom Planet series by Eleanor Cameron and Heinlein's juveniles. I still love it all these years later. Here are some of my favorites (not all of them; and certainly not a "Best of…" list.). Some of them you may have heard of; others will be more obscure. They are, however, all worth the time spent reading them.
