Books With Different Titles in Britain and America

Even though both countries have English as their official language, when books written in the United Kingdom make it across the pond to the United States (or vice versa), often times there's still some translation at work. Sometimes the differences make sense in terms of marketing to different audiences or wanting to avoid offensive titles. Other times, the changes are pointless, like "Philosopher" becoming "Sorceror" or "Wally" becoming "Waldo."
