These are all of the foods and drinks consumed by my husband and myself during January.
Personally last year was not good one with my husband diagnosed with Early Onset Parkinson's, after months of doctors, hospitals and tests. Often I was too tired to cook and we fell into bad food habits - eating too much junk food, ready meals and takeaways.
So in January I stopped buying junk food and resumed homecooking again, which I am enjoying - kneading bread dough is wonderfully relaxing and therapeutic!
There is a large proportion of typical British winter comfort food on this list, which is just what we needed.
Oh, and far too much junk food which is all the remaining tins and packets from the cupboards - way too much!
I couldn't decide how to organise the list so it is a little chaotic, but it includes all the meals, ingredients and drinks.
Some of the items are specified homemade in order to distinguish from shop bought.
