American Birds; Eurasian Counterparts - Page 4

This is a list of North American birds and their counterparts in Europe and/or Asia. To keep things simple, I limited this list to direct counterparts; that is, birds in the same genus. In some cases, those pairs of birds that are extremely similar have been considered the same species (see also my list of Holarctic Birds, those species found across both North America and Eurasia). American birds are listed first for each pair.
