If you're confused, Fox ADHD is a program that Fox used to show. It was about parodies of cartoons and all that. The most famous one is Scientifically Accurate, which is a series about cartoons if they were scientifically accurate. For example:
SpongeBob - Starfish eat sponges, which means Patrick would eat his best friend
Barney - He is a T-Rex, and uhh you know… T-rexs kill people
Sonic - Foxes eat hedgehogs, basically the same SpongeBob situation
