The first 18 are from an article on Buzzfeed. (Not 19 because one entry was about the portrayal of women in superhero movies in general.) Read the article to discover the scenes. The last six are ones I added myself with the following explanations:
Grease: End scene: change absolutely every single thing about yourself to get the man you love.
Breakfast Club: Claire falls for John even though he sexually assaulted her under the table earlier.
Sixteen Candles: I'm mad at my girlfriend so I give her unconscious body to this kid to do whatever he wants with her. Also the only reason I'm interested in this other girl is because I saw a note which said she wanted to have sex with me.
What Women Want: Do I even need to explain this one?
Breakfast at Tiffany's: At the end he tells her that she "belongs to him" because he loves her. Not "we belong to each other." She belongs to him.
Blade Runner: There's a rape scene. Harrison Ford rapes her. Rewatch it if somehow you didn't notice.
