100 Years of Indian Cinema: Shyam Benegal & Adoor Gopalakrishnan Listed Their Favorite Movies

I am combining two lists because although Adoor's list has 10 movies, Benegal's list only contained 6, so I won't be able to make individual list of his favorite films , so instead i am combining both
first 10 movies are selected by Adoor, later 5 (as 1 movie (Pather Panchali) apper on both lists) are selected by Benegal
this list was made around 2012-13 when Indian cinema turned 100, and both filmmakers listed their favorite Indian movies
both directors are among greatest filmmakers in Indian cinema & also pioneers of art cinema in Malayalam & Hindi
I haven't seen much Adoor's work but seen plenty of Benegal's work and he is not only in India but also One of best filmmaker in world in my opinion
