Yet Another Disturbing Movie Iceberg

My personal disturbing movie iceberg. I tried to include some different films that are not included as often on other lists, and I did not include extreme fetish p*rnography or real gore mixtapes like I have seen on other lists. In my opinion, these can't be classified as cinema at all so they are excluded. There are a total of 6 tiers, with each tier being composed of 5 films each. I have seen each of the films listed here and I think the order of the tiers and what films are included are accurate. The first five are more mainstream or easily digestible horror films, with each tier getting more extreme. The bottom tier will probably be familiar to most fans of extreme cinema, but to newcomers it is something to work your way towards, not something to jump right into. The films on the bottom tier truly show a dark side of cinema, with some including animal cruelty (Cannibal Holocaust and The Angels Melancholy) and others exploring perversion and violence. Discretion is advised.
