I got the idea for this list while making another list for which I uploaded a picture from the film "The Member of the Wedding" that actually has to do with the movie. The real poster wanted to be romantic, so they showed the one scene in the entire movie where a man kisses the protagonist. Then someone decided to add the tagline "a girl becomes a woman in the middle of a kiss."

That's right. "a 12-year-old girl becomes a woman in the middle of a sexual assault."
WTF?!
