US Weekly's Top 500+ Films of All Time (As Also Compiled on IMDb)
- Page 9
"This list is over 500 titles because in three instances, the editors chose an entire series as one entry (Harry Potter-8, The Naked Gun-3, Pirates of the Caribbean-5; +13). Also, they listed Kill Bill as a single entry (+1). Additionally, several movies in the publication are listed with no summary, no image, and no year of release. A movie's release year is only included in its summary, or sometimes in an image caption. The only exception is Spider-Man, listed as Spider-Man (2002). Because of this, I made an "educated guess" about which versions of the other titles the editors were referring to. Having said that, my original study of the "500 Best Movies of All Time" revealed fewer than 500 titles (?), which partially explains why it's currently 510 titles and not 514." - kencooper37 at IMDB
creator's note: my bad as #236 should be "All The King's Men," the 1949 Oscar-winning version, not the 2006 version
