Umbrellas' Top 100 Films of the 1990s - Page 3

Here are my hundred favourite films of the 1990s, ranked in order of how much I like them. Lower down the order gets a bit sketchy, but it's pretty clearcut for the top 20 or so. There are gazillions of '1990s favourites' movie lists on this site already, but although my list contains a lot of the usual suspects it also has some pretty unusual ones, especially at the top, with two Whit Stillman films in the top three. It's tragic how overlooked his films are - if you appreciate sharp, witty writing then you really owe it to yourself to see 'Metropolitan' or 'The Last Days of Disco'.
