Tree's Top 100 Books

I am being driven insane by books the titles of which I no longer remember and books that aren't available on this site. Re the latter, everyone give yourself a bonus point if you read The 500 Mile Walkies by Mark Wallingford.
Re the former: British children's series published in the 00s about witches and wizards, a brother and sister from our world transported into magical world, the sister had really powerful magical abilities and the brother was so unmagical it had a nullifying effect that scared the antagonist witch?? Does this ring any bells??
