Once more, according to Mr. Otto Penzler, in The Big Book of Reel Murders (Vintage Crime/Black Lizard, 2019).
I though Psycho was based on a novel, and it was, but Robert Bloch wrote a short story that, along with the crimes of Ed Gein, inspired him to write the novel. The short story is collected in Mr. Penzler's anthology.
