Tinuviel's Personal Hard Copy Library January 2024 - Page 12

These are all of the hard copy books I own - audiobooks are going to have to be a separate list. I have not read all of them, but I really do want to. I don't like owning a book that I haven't read. My goal this year is to own fewer books by the end of 2024 as I get rid of books that I don't particularly like or am not planning on reading again, but giving up books is HARD, and as long as my local library keeps selling books for 10 cents, it's going to be hard not to buy new ones. My books are arranged as follows: the reference books are followed by anthologies, then the fiction and nonfiction, which are not separated, but organized by author. If the title is in German or Welsh, then the book is in German or Welsh. I am missing a box of books. I know it's stored somewhere in my parents' basement, and I'm looking forward to finding it so that I can read more of my well-loved books again. (Also,my bookcases will never be as well-organized as the ones in this pic, but it's a nice dream.)
