The World of Cheese

"I don't like cheese," a friend once told me. A ridiculous statement, if you ask me. How can you not like cheese? Cheese can taste in a million different ways - it can be soft like cottage cheese or hard like Parmigiano-Reggiano, mild like Philadelphia cream cheese or strong like a Gorgonzola piccante. Cheese is made in different ways, and from milk from different species of animals, served fresh or aged for years. Saying you don't like cheese is like saying you don't like food. Anyway, here is a list of cheese related places you can visit. The list is quite eurocentric, but so is my cheese consumption. How many of these places have you been to?
