The Travel Book Movie Recommendations

The Travel Book (Lonely Planet, 2016 ed.) gives one or more movie suggestions for almost every country in the world, from Afghanistan to Zimbabwe (occasionally it messes up and gives a local sight to see, instead of a movie, and in the case of Uzbekistan, gives a movie that was never made). Not all of the movies are from the countries; some were only partially set or filmed there.
Lots of interesting, little-known choices here, along with movies that most every Westerner has seen.
