This is a list of the 47 highest ranking films from 1947 on the new 2025 edition of the TSPDT Greatest Films list. "Black Narcissus" is the second 1947 film on the list and #194 overall. "Black Narcissus" is the subject of the upcoming March 15, 2025 meeting of The Saturday Film Discussion Group. We are a monthly film discussion group that was formed in SW Ohio in 2018. It works like a book club. You watch the film on your own time. We then meet monthly to discuss the film. We switched our meetings to Zoom in 2020, and thus can now accept members from anywhere.
