These actors and actresses are dedicated! The body transformations in this list fall into 3 categories. The first and main category are physical changes to prepare for a role. The second category is the use of makeup, body costumes and special effects to transform the actor or actress into their character. And the third, which is only for two or three, is to show the difference in how an actor or actress in general changed their body or has changed their body in general. No connotations with what anyone should look like either - just purely observational.
