Have you read as much as eight-year-old Lisa Simpson? Of course not, she's been eight for more than 30 years now! But Lisa is the bright spot of intelligence, literacy, and culture in Springfield. The creators often use her bookish ways to drop in more than a few references and jabs at famous authors.
