Happily, dear reader, the tunes absolutely were.
As we prepare to say goodbye (and, possibly, good riddance) to another decade, Team NME have been busy revisiting some of the best music of the last 10 years, arguing over its longevity and merit and generally indulging in some lovely, lovely nostalgia.
