The Art of Deception: The British Spy Novel - Page 3

Our maverick English Teacher and genre enthusiast looks at that most specific of genres - the British Spy Novel. Starting with Joseph Conrad's "The Secret Agent", our compiler lists the bibliographies of the major writers who defined, redefined, and expanded the genre. Note: After careful consideration, our compiler decided to include the espionage fiction of Ken Follett and Alistair Maclean, while excluding the work of Sapper, Jack Higgins, and Frederick Forsyth.
