The 2020 Reading List to Follow

Each year I put together a reading list for myself that is impossible for me to complete. This is my list for 2020, and it is a "list challenge" for me, but feel free to join in the fun. For my reading list I have a lengthy process I like to go through to choose a variety of material. For example, I want to make sure I include multiple genres (poetry, fiction, history, biography, theology, etc). I also include authors who: I agree/disagree with; lived over 100 years ago; lived less than 100 years ago; are minority/majority culture; are male and female; bestselling from the past 5 years, etc. Some of these books are new to me, others are rereads of books I think are important. This year I didn't spend as much time planning, but pulled a lot of books that I never finished from the past 5 years. Check off the books that you read from this list in 2020 and you might do better than me!
