I love the "Star" franchise! There are so many entries! I love the "Wars," saga, the "Trek," series, and the fantastic "Battle____ Galactica," phase the franchise went through a couple times!
But seriously, there's something about the word "Star," somehow superior to "Space," "Galaxy," and "Galactic," that makes it the perfect word to affix to your sci-fi franchise. Maybe we just love burning balls of gas? Who knows!
