As we approach another Presidential election cycle in the United States, let's stop for a moment and recognize that there are more than two political parties in the USA. Yes, the one thing that Democrats and Republicans agree on is that no other party should be allowed to play in the sandbox . . . notwithstanding, there are three other parties that qualify as "Major" parties (the Libertarian, Green, and Constitution parties) along with a plethora of "Minor" parties. And this does not include regional or statewide parties.
It strikes me as though many of these minor parties on the very far right or the very far left are very similar in character, differing only in minor details -- and, I suspect -- leadership and personality issues. I'll also note that many of these minor parties -- on both sides -- seem downright scary, if not nuts!
